SCANPAN...The best cookware!
I've tried one scanpan and now have 6 pieces. Simply THE BEST! Cooks very well, easy to use, and cleans well. The best nonstick coating I've ever tried. It browns and sears as well as nonstick. I highly recommend.

After 10 years of All Clad we were a little concerned about switching brands. Unfortunately All Clad's non-stick coating is not up to the quality of their pans. The Scanpan CTX on the other hand is actually slicker than the coating on the All Clad. Food that would stick on the Teflon just slides around on the ceramic. It's also nice to have a see-through lid, esp. if you're doing pot stickers since they splatter everywhere. And clean up is a breeze...
I don't know how this will wear but right now it's everybody's favorite pan.
