Polder Digital Touch Screen Timer, Black

It's ok but has some drawbacks
It's ok and does what it does alright but some of the drawbacks I've found are it's hard to see many times because the backlight shuts off after a few seconds. If it's on the table or other flat surface from your viewpoint it's almost impossible to discern the time left unless you look straight down at it. The touch buttons can also be quite touchy .. many times I find myself have to re-touch the start / stop buttons because it starts or stops when I didn't mean for it too. Overall OK, but I found myself going back to my original classic Polder timer.

not very bright!
The timer backlight goes out after about 20 seconds, and you can't see the numbers counting down easily. I was looking for a large number timer which was easy to read from a distance. This wasn't it. Disappointing. Now that Polder has discontinued their stoplight timer, I am struggling to find a timer that will give me a visual notification as well as an alarm.
