Good quality replacement - sleeve nut needs a slot
As with the other sizes I bought, the handle feels really nice. One common issue was that the sleeve nut that the screw inserts into does not have a slot, so there is no way to stop it from spinning as you try to tighten it up. I built a tool to clamp it tight while I snugged the whole thing up, but I'm sure not many people have a shop equipped to do that. Communicated with the manufacturer, and he says that "Revere die-hards" objected to using a slot, as it does not then look like the original rivet. Yeah . . . , but if you can't get it tight, what's the point?
great handle falls out without screw -film at 11:00
The handle is a perfect replacement. Fits precisely and makes the pan look newer than the rest.
Problem is, it falls out without the mounting hardware.
Oops...someone forgot the screw. 5 stars if the screw was not missing.
