Fantastic product through and through
We bought a few pieces from the Cuisinart French Classic line when we switched to induction. I researched a few lines and wanted to stick with something that would be as "forever" as it gets. All Clad was a close competitor, but I just cannot stand those uncomfortable handles. As soon as I saw these pots at Marshalls, I was in love. They looked so amazingly beautiful - thick sides, pleasant handles, shiny polished exterior, nice to the touch, good reviews. But I hesitated, because, usually, what looks good turns out to function really bad. I figured I'd buy a few and return them if they don't work on our induction, or if they produce that awful buzzing sound.
I'm happy to say that this line is everything I hoped for. The pots are gorgeous! They stay gorgeous even after washing (we only hand wash them, by choice). Exactly what I was looking for
Really love this product. I bought another pan which was scanpan brand and isn't anywhere close to the Cuisineart product. This one has aluminium clading, not just on the base but on the side too which means that there is no burnt food on the sides. It is not overly heavy and easy to handle. Love the look of it, the curved pan is perfect for making curries :-)
