The best way to toast bread for cheese
A friend brought me a pan like this from Portugal 20 years ago. I've used it at least once a week since. Over time it's gotten scarred and dented. I was worried I would never find another one. I can't tell you how excited I was to find a replacement on Amazon. It's the perfect way to toast baguette for a cheese tray or make toasts for soup.
