perfect fit
This is a perfect fit for wide mouth canning jars. Several years ago you could find these in stores. I was delighted to find them here. I usually put something, like a "Chicago Bear" inside and give as a gift. It's quite a unique gift.

Canning Jar Lamp Adapter
Although I bought it many months ago, I just gave it with a gift for Xmas. I'd give it 5 stars, if I was using it for myself, but I've heard no complaints. And the adapters for the larger mouthed jars aren't available at the local "craft" stores.
