Great fried chicken
I have been cooking fried chicken in an iron skillet for years with many burns on my arms to prove it with great tasting chicken. This frier has been a life(or arm) saver. Not only do I not get burned, I cook wonderful tasting, perfectly crispy chicken

I love this pan. Her cookware is so easy to use and clean up. Nothing sticks to the bottom of the pan! Great buy!

I ORDERED JUST BECAUSE I WANTED A LARGE PAN. I HAVENT FRYED IN IT BUT HAVE USED FOR OTHER PURPOSES AND IT WORKS GREAT.
