Bialetti Aeternum Evolution 07208 Sauté Pan, 12-Inch

The best non-stick pan I have tried
Egg products roll right out, with only a spay of Pam for coating. You do need to be mindful of the element temperature. These pans require much less heat and can damage easily.

This thing is just awesome.
There is NO better pan for frying an egg! The things just slide out. Not the best pan for browning anything; too slick. But anything that might stick; just the best thing ever. As to their other pans, the metal handle on this model is a must have. My previous pan had a bakelite or silicone handle that would burn and smell up the kitchen, but this is perfect!

Great nonstick chemcial free pan!
I chose this pan since I am totally against all the non-stick pans that use chemicals to get them to be non-stick. I read and read tons of reviews of pans and finally decided in this one. I have cooked fish, pancakes, eggs, and chicken in this pan so far and it is for the most part very easy to clean. You do need to use a bit more elbow grease on it if you are searing meat/fish with it. There will be traces of black from the searing and although it looks bad when you are cooking, it is relatively easy to clean this off. I use a non-scratch dobie pad with regular soap and warm water. Usually that works fine but sometimes like with blueberry pancakes there is some blue residue from the blueberries so I use a bit of barkeeper's friend and that works fine. After hunting down the perfect pan that will sear well, not stick etc etc...I have come to the conclusion that there is none! I love searing with cast iron but then you have the problem of it being so heavy to work with and if...
