Anchor Hocking 20-Ounce Casserole

Not first quality, seconds shipped by Amazon
Ordered two. Both were seconds. When inverted on a flat surface neither rim made full contact as they were quite distorted. One was so far off the lid would not fit at all. Was not shipped in original retail packaging which is a clue they did not pass inspection after manufacture.

Reject
Ordered 2 sets of these casserole bowls. The covers do not sit flush with the bowls. They are completely warped. I have purchased many of these items from non-online stores and have never had a warped cover or bowl. It is obvious that Amazon has received rejected items and in turn has passed it on to me as a quality product and charged me full price. I am very disgusted with this product.

Not as pictured
There is no lid. It's still a 20 ounce casserole, I suppose, but I was specifically looking for something with a lid. It's still a nice size in between the more standard sizes, but I did want a lidded dish.

Anchor Hocking Oven Basics 5 Quart Baking Dish, Crystal Clear

Look for the 7-piece set
I love this baking dish! It's 11 x 15 and holds 5qts (or 18+ enchiladas). If this is the only dish you're looking for, get it here, but WalMart carries this exact dish in a 7-piece set that's only $15. Note: Glass baking dishes do get brittle over time, so like the other reviewer said, don't drop it.

Caution: Do Not Drop
I received this dish as a wedding present six years ago and I've used it about once a month ever since. It worked well, though sometimes it would stain around the top edges (which were not completely smooth) and I couldn't get it completely clean no matter what I did. A couple days ago it was on our kitchen counter when our cat jumped up there and somehow knocked it off and it hit our linoleum floor and basically exploded. It only fell about three feet to the floor, but it shattered into at least a thousand pieces, all of which were sharp and created countless scrapes and gouges in the flooring. Luckily none of us were in the kitchen at the time, but some of the pieces of glass even flew over 10 feet into our living room, so the cleanup took forever.

Bottom line: it works well, but make sure it never drops onto the floor.
