Same coating as ULTREX
I was devestated when Ultrex dissappeared but remembered it had Excalibur non-stick surface. Success!!! These pans are the only ones I'll use in my kitchen. Great prices too.
Save your money
This pan is a useless piece of garbage. It is very heavy and difficult to manuver. And the handle heats up making it a menace and/or a danger.
