Endurance 20 Qt Water Bath Canner Set

So far, so good.
I've used this canner every day for about two weeks now, and so far, so good. It works great on my ceramic stove top. My only minor complaint (and the reason I gave it four stars instead of five) is that you can only can 7 jars at a time, no matter what size jars you are using, due to the dividers that go between the jars on the rack. However, the rack has not rusted at all, which is why I went with this canner with the stainless steel rack rather than the "name brand" canner with the rack that, according to reviews on Amazon, rusts the first time you use it. Overall it seems to be a very good product.

Excellent
Makes canning a breeze! Perfect size for most canning jars. I like that you can use the lid while processing, so you don't have water boiling out all over your stove. Love it!

Great Canner
I selected this canner because it was a little heavier than comparable units... if you compare overall weights, you'll find this model is heavier than most. And despite it being near 15 lbs, it doesn't feel as heavy as I thought it would. This canner has a thick bottom and sturdy sides that barely flex at all if you push on the side of it. It arrived in perfect condition. I will also say that other people's comments are correct on the sticker they put on the side of the pot.... it doesn't peel off well and leaves the backing on the outside of the pot.... I'll have to get some glue remover or something to take that off... a minor inconvenience. I like the canner.... well worth the price. They did have an odd note inside the pot that said you should add salt to the water once it reaches boiling to prevent white spot stains from forming on the metal... I am totally clueless as to why that would happen, but for water bath canning that's hardly a concern for me. The pot looks...
