Expected better
Perforated pans are definitely the way to go for crisp, properly browned crust on your homemade pizza. I've been making pizza from scratch for years, and recently purchased this Calphalon pan in addition to my other, older pizza pans. I was surprised during the first use - it warped in the oven (450 degrees F). It wasn't badly bent, and returned to normal shape as it cooled, but that shouldn't have happened at all. The pizza crust was acceptable, but not as good as that from my other pans; perhaps it will get better as this pan becomes seasoned, but all in all, I was disappointed with the initial performance.

The pizza pan arrived in perfect condition. My husband makes homemade pizza. He was finding the crust wasn't getting brown with the pan he was using (not gray), so we decided to try the Calphalon gray pizza pan. He made pizza last night and the pizza was perfect nice brown crispy crust. Thanks Calphalon. I would recommend this pan to others.
What a wonderful pizza pan
Wow!! What a wonderful pizza pan. Crisps up the crust beautifully and you can't beat the price. I find myself using it for hor'duerves or filo dough treats or anything I want to be crisped on the bottom.
